1. Clean the outer surface of the diesel generator set and the outside of the trailer and engine room. Check the tire pressure of the trailer, check if the connecting bolts of the trailer body are loose, and check if the bolts of the low-noise speaker are loose. Whether the smoke exhaust and air intake and exhaust are smooth.
2. Check if the fuel level in the diesel tank is sufficient (the fuel should be sufficient to run for 8-12 hours). Check for fuel leaks and regularly replace the diesel filter.
3. Check the tension of the fan belt and the charger belt, and make necessary adjustments. Check if the machine bolts are loose. Check the oil level of the diesel engine. Do not operate the diesel engine when the oil level is below the low "L" or above the marked "H".
4. Check for oil leaks, check if the oil filter meets the requirements, and replace the oil filter regularly.
5. Start the diesel engine and visually inspect for oil leakage during operation. Listen for any abnormal noises from the machine.
6. Check if the instrument readings, temperature, and loudness displayed during the operation of the diesel engine are normal, and keep monthly operation records.
7. Check if the antifreeze is sufficient and if there are any leaks.
8. Regularly replace the antifreeze, engine oil, and triple filter.
9. Check the air filter, replace or clean it once a year, and check if the intake and exhaust pipes are smooth.
10. Check and lubricate the fan pulley bearings and belt tension shaft. Check the lubricating oil level of the overspeed mechanical protection device and add oil if it is insufficient. Check the tightening of the external main connection bolts.
11. Check the voltage of the battery. The voltage of one battery is 12-13V, and the voltage of two batteries is 24-26V. Check if the battery connections are loose or corroded.
12. Simulate and test the performance of various safety protection devices, operate at constant load, and check the operation status. During operation, check whether the output voltage meets the requirements (361-405v) and whether the frequency meets the requirements (50 ± 1) Hz. During operation, check whether the water temperature and oil pressure meet the requirements, whether the exhaust pipe and muffler are leaking, and whether there is severe vibration and abnormal noise.
13. Check whether the indicators of each instrument and signal light are normal, whether the switch action is normal, and whether the monitoring alarm is normal.
14. Record the operating time of the diesel generator and regularly clean the debris at the bottom of the fuel tank.
