The basic working principle of a generator is based on the laws of electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic force. And the magnetic circuit and the circuit used for mutual electromagnetic induction are formed by appropriate magnetic and conductive materials to generate electromagnetic power and achieve energy conversion. A generator refers to a mechanical device that converts other forms of energy into electrical energy. Driven by a water turbine, steam turbine, diesel engine, or other power machinery, the energy generated by water flow, airflow, fuel combustion or nuclear fission is converted into mechanical energy, which is then transmitted to a generator and converted into electrical energy.
The diesel generator drives the generator to operate. In the cylinder, the clean air filtered by the air filter is fully mixed with the high-pressure atomized diesel fuel sprayed by the injector. Diesel fuel is ignited, and the mixture of gases burns violently. Its volume rapidly expands, pushing the piston downward, which is called "doing work". Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust acting on the piston is converted into the force driving the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod, thereby driving the crankshaft to rotate. By coaxially installing the crankshaft of a brushless synchronous AC generator and a diesel generator, the rotor of the generator can be driven by the rotation of the diesel generator. Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, the generator will output an induced electromotive force, which can generate current through a closed load circuit.
